Born in New York City and raised in the Hudson Valley Region of NY, Chris now enjoys life in Annapolis, MD, with his wife, Dayna, also a Hudson Valley native and their three children, Hudson, Trey, and Scarlett. In his free time, he is passionate about coaching youth sports and staying active in his community.

Born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Chris now resides in Maryland’s famed horse country. A dedicated husband & father, he spends most weekends coaching and cheering on his children in lacrosse, soccer, football, and theatre. Passionate about mentorship and community, he believes in the power of giving back.

Jeff Edwards brings over 25 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, serving as a trusted talent partner across large enterprises and dynamic startup environments. His expertise spans diverse skill sets and seniority levels, with a strong focus on IT and Engineering recruitment. Throughout his career, Jeff has successfully led high-performing recruiting teams and even owned and operated his own RPO firm, demonstrating his strategic leadership in the industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is an avid fisherman, enjoying both freshwater and saltwater adventures. He has a deep passion for live music and takes every opportunity to experience it firsthand. Jeff and his wife, Laura, have been happily married for 26 years and are proud parents to their son, Jackson, who attends the University of Lynchburg. Their family is completed by George, their beloved schnoodle.
